Shipping Insurance Policy
SpaceTek IT provide optional flat rate shipping cover for Lost, Stolen or Damaged items during transit.
By NOT selecting this cover during checkout the customer/buyer agrees that SpaceTek Pty. Ltd. WILL NOT be held liable or responsible in the event of Lost, Stolen or Damaged items during transit.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Occasional we may have an office shutdown for holiday and leave however if greater processing times are expected we will post a notification on our website.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location in Red Cliffs Victoria. Before placing your order, please call us to make arrangements, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up by appointment. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are by appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@spacetek.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package at your cost.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Your refund will include the original purchase price, minus any original shipping costs.
We will also deduct a 20% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
