Basic Residential Phone Plan
Our Basic Residential Phone Plan is designed for normal household use and includes:
- 1 Australian landline number
- 1 outbound call channel
- Local and national calls included
- Australian mobile calls included
- Calls to 13/1300 numbers charged at $0.25 per call
- Compatible with suitable VoIP desk phones, WiFi phones and ATA adapters
$17 per month
This is a residential service intended for normal household calling. It is not designed for business use, call-centre activity, sustained high-volume calling, automated calling or other usage outside the intended purpose of the plan.
Fair Usage Policy
SpaceTek phone services that include calls for a fixed monthly fee are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. This helps ensure our residential and business plans remain sustainable and fairly priced for customers using them as intended.
High-volume calling, sustained long-duration calling, business use of residential services, automated calling or other usage materially outside normal use may result in a plan review, additional usage charges or migration to a more appropriate service.
